Hi, I’m Fabio
Enterprise sales leader, insurance operator, and AI practitioner.
I have spent the last twelve years building insurance and enterprise technology companies from scratch. I have scaled revenue from zero to $140M+, built and led organizations of 250+, managed relationships with 3,000+ wholesale brokers and 10,000+ retail agents, and most recently served as CRO at an AI-powered enterprise SaaS company selling into carriers, MGAs, and brokerages. I have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Policygenius (acquired by Zinnia), Aon/CoverWallet, Counterpart, StartSure (acquired by Vouch), and PolicyBound.
In 2021, I founded Hogglet as an education platform for consumers and young insurance professionals entering the industry. And I built The Broker's Table as a network for brokers, underwriters, wholesalers, carriers, and operators to connect across the insurance world.
Today I sit at the intersection of insurance distribution, enterprise technology, and AI. I advise companies on how to implement AI across underwriting, distribution, and operations. For my growing mentee and professional network, I founded Scholarus AI to give early adopters and practitioners an accessible way to learn how to work with AI.
Outside of work, I am a lifelong soccer player and Juventus fan, a Polyglot, and an avid traveler.
Early in my career I was always searching for a mentor and resources to help me grow. Along the way I realized that mentoring others was one of my own greatest passions. This site is where I share what I have learned: sales strategy, revenue operations, distribution, and how AI is changing all of it.
